Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the qa333 website and all associated services, games, promotions, and features accessible at qa333.ws (collectively, "the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and qa333 ("the Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing any content, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. qa333 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to qa333 is restricted. To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. qa333 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and may request proof of age at any time. Users found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts suspended immediately and all funds forfeited.
• You must be the lawful holder of the payment method used for deposits. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation on qa333 is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded from qa333 or any affiliated platform, voluntarily or otherwise. Attempting to re-register after exclusion constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of qa333 services, you must register a single personal account. You may hold only one account per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate or multiple accounts will be closed, and any associated balances and bonuses forfeited. During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. Under no circumstances should you share your login credentials with any third party. qa333 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your account details.
• qa333 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card, passport, utility bill, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal refusal.
• You must promptly notify qa333 if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. You agree to indemnify qa333 for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
• You must ensure that all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered details (including email address and mobile number) must be reported to qa333 support without undue delay.

qa333 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

qa333 supports a range of local and international payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard). Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account. qa333 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable prior notice.
• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by qa333 compliance. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may take up to 5 business days to process.
• qa333 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal if it has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, qa333 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. If you believe a deposit was made in error, you must contact qa333 support immediately at [email protected]. qa333 will investigate such claims on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee reversal of completed transactions.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees may apply where payment providers apply their own exchange rates. qa333 is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

qa333 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses must be accepted and are not automatically applied unless stated otherwise. Each bonus will specify a wagering requirement, which is the total amount you must wager before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and cannot be claimed more than once per household, IP address, or device.
• qa333 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus, free spin credits, or associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was obtained through abuse, multiple account registration, or any other fraudulent means.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase will only take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is causing harm may request voluntary self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. • Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform for any form of money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure, software, security systems, or code of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the qa333 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio-visual material, and the overall layout and design of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of qa333 or its licensors. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform content without the prior written consent of qa333. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of qa333's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qa333 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Without limiting the foregoing, qa333 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause beyond qa333's reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or gaming opportunities resulting from technical errors, game malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond qa333's control. In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, qa333's liability is limited to refunding the relevant stake.
• Any consequences arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, game descriptions, or promotional terms, where such information contains typographical errors or inaccuracies.

Amendments to These Terms

qa333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where prior notice is required by applicable law. Any amendments will take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document under "Effective Date".

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which qa333 operates. Any disputes not resolved through direct negotiation with qa333 support may be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. qa333 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction other than those for which it is expressly made available. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
